Read before sending application for consideration

 

In consideration of my engagement as a slave to my Master, I understand that any photos, videos or anything else given to my Master shall be entirely His. In the event in which such photographs and/or videos or anything else given to my Master by me may be used by my Master any way in which he sees fit.

I hereby give my Master the complete absolute right and my permission to copyright,  exhibit, use, reuse, publish, republish, display, print, and reprint in advertising material, including but not limited to, websites, television, motion pictures, magazines, books, and any other types of media, and for any other reasons or purposes in which He sees fit completely at his absolute discretion.

I understand that in sending the previous mentioned items it is at His [Master] sole and absolute discretion, the films, videos, photographs, negatives, any types of prints, and illustrations, nature, portraits, made from photographs, videos, designs, paintings, pictures and drawings of any and every kind and type shall hereafter taken, or taken henceforth shall be taken without limitation, shall belong exclusively to my Master for any use in which He sees fit.***

Such photographs or any of the other mentioned items may be used in any way by Master, for purposes of trade, advertising, personal, public and private publicity or promotion of any kind without any types of restrictions.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Photographs and/or videos or any of the previously mentioned, the editorial or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used by Master in conjunction therewith. I further waive any claims that I may have to the eventual use to which it may be applied. Such Photographs may be used, in the sole discretion of Master, with or without my name, or a fictitious name, and with fictitious or accurate quotations, interviews or biographical material. Master may use such Photographs and/or videos or any of the previously mentioned, in accurate or fictitious statements attributed to me, which may constitute endorsement of services or products, at the sole discretion of Master

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save harmless Master from and against any and all liability in connection with the use of such Photographs and/or videos or any of the previously mentioned, even should the same subject me to ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn or indignity, and from any liability as a result of any distortion, blurring or alteration, optical illusions or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur to be reproduced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the finished product, or its publication or distribution. I waive any claim that I may have for alleged violation of privacy, defamation or libel by the use of such photographs.

I hereby represent that I am over the age of 18 years and have read the authorization and release prior to its execution. I have not been coerced or induced to sign the same but sign in full knowledge and of my free will. World rights and multiple usages are hereby authorized.
